Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please contact me if other arrangements are needed. I accept Paypal only; don't worry, an account is not necessary to pay this way. It's easy and secure!!!
The prices in my shop are in euros and include 23% VAT.

Ι want you to be absolutely satisfied with the precious jewel you order. Refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receipt are acceptable as long as it is in its original, unworn condition.
Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Shipping

I ship priority mail everywhere. The jewels are wrapped up in a save gift box or for the smaller items in a satin bag and then put in a bubble envelope. I ensure you that they are wrapped up carefully and in a secure way so damage will be out of the question. You will be sent a revised Paypal invoice. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct, as that is the address used for shipping unless you tell me otherwise.
All items are in stock and will ship the following business day. (Except for custom orders)
